Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing and acquiring WPC raw materials and production spare parts to ensure continuous and cost-efficient operations. The role includes evaluating and selecting reliable suppliers negotiating competitive prices and managing purchase orders from request to delivery. The manager ensures stock availability through effective inventory monitoring

and close coordination with the production team. Additionally the role contributes to cost optimization by tracking market trends and improving procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

Source suppliers for WPC raw materials such as :Wood Flour PVC Resin Pigments Additives.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality pricing and reliability.
Compare quotations and select the most competitive offers.
Create purchase orders (PO) and follow them through to delivery and inspection.
Monitor stock levels minimum inventory and reorder points.
Coordinate closely with the production department to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Prepare periodic reports on purchasing expenses and cost-saving achievements.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to improve cost efficiency.
Monitor global market trends for PVC and wood powder prices.
Ensure availability of spare parts for production lines (Extruders Mixers Molds)

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Industrial Management or a related field.
45 years of experience in procurement preferably in manufacturing or industrial production.
Previous experience in purchasing WPC materials or plastics/polymers/raw materials is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of supplier evaluation RFQs PO cycles and inventory management.
Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts effectively.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
