Job Summary

Able to present sales narratives in a clear structured way supported by designs that reflect the companys brand and marketing direction.
Maintain consistent branding across all design assets and printed materials.
Handle the design of all marketing material including social media visuals website pages brochures banners and flyers.
Keep updated with current creative and marketing trends offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
Proactively guide and motivate the team in brainstorming sessions to generate creative design concepts.
Support the design team in troubleshooting and solving design problems.
Take creative concepts from brainstorming to consumer delivery staying open-minded ambitious and committed throughout production and execution.
Work closely with external partnerssuch as printers and design agenciesto meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

Holds at least a Diploma in Multimedia Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe XD as well as CSS and basic HTML.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possesses a creative portfolio showcasing graphic and design work.
Has working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
Familiar with producing and editing short-form videos especially vertical formats for social platforms.
Familiarity with web design and UI/UX is considered an advantage.
Strong project management abilities with excellent organizational skills.
Highly driven and resourceful; upholds strong work ethics and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
