Job Summary

Job Description:

Analyze materials usage scrap rates and downtime data to propose cost-saving initiatives.
Calculate standard and actual costs for products; maintain cost models for raw materials labor and overhead.
Optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Use Excel ERP systems and AutoCAD for data analysis reporting and layout design.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and technology upgrades.

Job Requirement

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (e.g. Mechanical Manufacturing)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD Excel ERP systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing Six Sigma Kaizen principles
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Must have experience for at least 4 years
