Job Summary:
The Branch Manager leads and oversees a team of Front Line Sales Managers and Commission-based Agents. The primary responsibility is to achieve the insurance sales targets set for the branch. The Branch Manager ensures that all agents are properly licensed to sell insurance by passing the IRDA exam.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Front Line Sales Managers and Commission-based Agents.
Drive the branch to meet or exceed insurance sales targets.
Monitor and support the licensing process for agents ensuring they pass the IRDA exam.
Develop strategies to increase sales productivity and market penetration.
Provide training mentoring and support to sales staff to enhance their performance.
Track sales metrics and report on branch performance regularly.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
