We are seeking a Senior Recruiter based in India to spearhead our expansion into the US market. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional who understands the nuance of headhunting IT Sales and C-Suite Leadership talent.
What You Will Do
Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the process from initial intake to offer negotiation focusing specifically on high-value roles in IT Services Sales (SaaS Enterprise Software System Integration) and Executive Leadership.
Strategic Sourcing: Move beyond job boards. Utilize advanced search techniques networking and market intelligence to identify passive talent in the competitive US technology market.
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to our international clients providing insights on US market trends compensation benchmarking and talent availability.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a "white-glove" candidate experience offering career counseling and maintaining professional relationships that reflect our core values of integrity and honesty.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in Executive Recruitment with a proven track record of placing candidates in the UK or USA markets.
Niche Expertise: Specific experience hiring for IT Sales (AEs VPs of Sales) or Leadership roles is highly preferred.
Communication: flawless English communication skills (written and verbal) are non-negotiable as you will be interfacing with C-level stakeholders globally.
Shift Availability: You must be willing and able to work permanent USA business hours.
