Key Responsibilities:
Monitor implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all production processes.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI HACCP GMP and other food safety regulations.
Conduct raw material quality checks (wheat additives) and ensure suppliers meet required standards.
Oversee in-process quality control during milling operations including moisture ash content granulation and gluten quality.
Perform finished product testing and ensure consistency as per product specifications.
Maintain laboratory equipment and supervise routine testing procedures.
Conduct internal audits hygiene inspections and corrective action plans.
Ensure proper documentation of test reports quality records and traceability systems.
Monitor pest control activities and overall plant hygiene in coordination with production.
Train production and packing teams on quality and food safety practices.
Handle customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Coordinate with production and management teams for continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Technology Microbiology Chemistry or related field.
Experience in flour milling food processing or grain quality testing preferred.
Strong knowledge of FSSAI norms HACCP GMP ISO 22000.
Hands-on experience with lab equipment and analytical testing methods.
Good communication documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple quality tasks.
