JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Retention of Current Export/Import Ocean Volumes:Ensure consistent engagement with existing trade & clients to maintain and enhance import volumes.
- Driving Export/Import Ocean Market Growth:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand CMA CGMs footprint in the import market.
- End-to-End Solutions Development:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create seamless logistics solutions leveraging CMA CGMs intermodal services and value-added solutions (VAS).
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis:Monitor market trends competitor activities and customers needs to provide actionable insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Bachelors Degree approved by UGC OR Equivalent professional qualification in Business Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years executive experience.
- Proven experience in sales within the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of import operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
