What Youll Do:

Work directly with children young people and families to create positive change
Be part of a forward-thinking local authority that puts people first
Collaborate with multi-agency professionals in a truly supportive culture

Youll need to be:

  • Registered (or registering) with Social Work England
  • A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
  • A full UK driving licence & access to a car (with business insurance) to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire.
  • Skilled in working with children young people and families
  • Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in childrens social care
  • A confident communicator and collaborator
