About the Role:
Our Client is hiring a Senior Support Worker who will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred engaging way
- Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
What Youll Need:
- Diploma or Level 2 in Health and Social Care(or equivalent in Adult Care) essential
- Significant experiencesupporting people with complex needs
- Strongorganisational leadership and communication skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude
Hours & Pay:
- 37 hours per week
- 13.50 per hour
- Sleepovers paid at 64 per night
