About the Role:

Our Client is hiring a Senior Support Worker who will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred engaging way
Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

What Youll Need:

Diploma or Level 2 in Health and Social Care(or equivalent in Adult Care) essential
Significant experiencesupporting people with complex needs
Strongorganisational leadership and communication skills
A positive team-oriented attitude

Hours & Pay:

37 hours per week
13.50 per hour
Sleepovers paid at 64 per night
