Birmingham City Council is transforming how we deliver services to our customers. Within our HR Shared Services the Data Insight & Analytics team plays a vital role in helping managers make informed evidencebased decisions about their people.
As a Data Insight & Analytics Advisor youll be at the heart of this transformation collating validating and analysing HR data to measure performance identify trends and provide highquality insights. Your work will directly support HR OD and Payroll stakeholders ensuring our services are efficient impactful and continually improving.
