What Were Looking For

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent NMC registration.
Experience working with complex dementia mental health conditions or challenging behaviours.
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
Confident communication and the ability to build trust with residents and families.
A calm resilient approach when supporting individuals with complex needs.
Commitment to continuous professional development and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred mental health and dementia nursing care.
