What Were Looking For
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent NMC registration.
- Experience working with complex dementia mental health conditions or challenging behaviours.
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Confident communication and the ability to build trust with residents and families.
- A calm resilient approach when supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred mental health and dementia nursing care.

- Carry out assessments care planning and risk management.
- Work closely with families MDT colleagues and external professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Promote a safe supportive environment that encourages wellbeing and dignity.
- Lead by example in best practice clinical decision-making and compassionate care.
