Job Summary

TheWarehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing raw material movement supplies and finished goods throughout the facility including unloading frozen food product from semis into warehouse freezers and loading frozen food from warehouse freezers into storage trailers / delivery trucks. Accurately completes necessary documentation to support all warehouse transactions duties. This position will manage a 24/7 warehouse operation so must have evening and weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities including picking staging shipping and receiving operations
• Lead the warehouse team to move materials supplies and frozen food products through facility and to external facilities as necessary
• Supervise and coach warehouse team members providing training and performance feedback
• Properly document work performed according to standard work instructions
• Monitor inventory accuracy and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent loss or quality issues; partner with Inventory Control team to maintain and manage all inventory (onsite/offsite)
• Enforce safe material handling and storage practices ensuring compliance with food and worker safety standards
• Direct production support personnel as needed to follow warehouse and storage organization plan
• Coordinate closely with production and planning teams to ensure timely material availability
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse dock and storage areas.
• Clean up and dispose ofscrap bracing cardboard and strapping and places in proper containers or designated areas
• Provide leadership and accountability around proper food safety quality regulatory and customer requirements

Food Safety Responsibilities

• Oversee proper storage conditions including:
  - Temperature control
  -Product segregation to avoid allergen cross-contact and meet other certification requirements
  - Hygienic practices to prevent cross-contamination

• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing products for quality packaging integrity and adherence to safety requirements

• Ensureaccurateinventory management including FIFO/FEFO traceability and documentation for audits or recalls

• Collaborate with FSQA to train warehouse staff in food safety procedures

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure they follow GMPs

• Monitorwarehouse spaces and promptly report issues to relevant team leaders including FSQA Maintenance & Supply Chain

• Participatein CAPA investigations as needed

• Adhere to systemwide GMPs as expected of all JP personnel

Work Environment:

• Primarily on-site within a food manufacturing facility.

• May require occasional travel for external training or meetings.

• Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to noise machinery and temperature variations.

Works comfortably in a variable temperature environment. While performing the duties of this job the employeeregularly workson a manufacturing plant floor.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least five (3) yearsexperiencesincluding three (2) years in a supervisory role in food manufacturing.

• Knowledge of anddemonstratedability to implement HACCP SQF SOPs SSOPs GMPs and preventative maintenance programs applicable to food production and food safety principles.

• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Relevant experience in manufacturing processes

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook Excel Word etc.

• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

• Demonstrated analytical problemsolvingand decision-making abilities.

• Ability to prioritize under the pressure of tight deadlines.

• Ability to persuade and positivelyinfluence atall levels of the organization.
• Requires use of material handling equipment including forklift pallet jacks carts and conveyors
