Tabcorp is looking for aGovernance & Policy Manager to lead the development and maintenance of Tabcorps enterprise-wide risk frameworks and thisroleyoullensurepolicies are clear practical Board-aligned and applied consistently across the business.
AsGovernance and PolicyManageryoullsetenterprise-wide risk frameworks and policies and make certainthat training is developed in relation to current new and changed support the preparation of risk reporting to Executive and Board Risk Committees influencing decisions at the highest level.
Your role in action
As our Governance & Policy Manageryoulllead the design and maintenance of frameworks and policies that define how risk is managed across with senior leaders influence enterprise-wide initiatives andembeda strong risk risk reporting to executives and the Board manageour Risk system (TRACS) lead training to embed risk awareness and work closely with Line 1 Risk Partners to ensure effective implementation and monitoring.
This is a strategic high-impact role shaping how risk is managed across theorganization by
Preparingrisk reporting for Executive and Board Risk Committees including metrics and trend commentary.
Settingandmaintainingenterprise-wide risk frameworks and policies aligned with Board expectations.
Managingthe full policy lifecycle ensuring clarity practicality and effective communication of changes.
Providingexpert advice on best practice risk management and pragmatic solutions.
Collaboratingwith stakeholders tobuildingrelationships toinfluence theadoption of frameworks and policies.
Establishingmonitoring processes for adherence to risk frameworks and policies.
EnsuringERMsystem supports the risk framework and deliveringsystem enhancements.
Developingandmaintainingrisk training programs to embed awareness and accountability.
Whatyoullneed to succeed
Yourea confident governance professional who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving. You bring deep knowledge of risk and governance principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
Degree qualified in a relevant field (Legal Accounting Business or Finance)
Significant experiencein risk compliance transformation or business partnering within largeorganisations.
Strong understanding of leading risk and compliance practices with a pragmatic commercial lens.
Excellentorganisationalskills and a structured approach to managing priorities.
Curious mindset toidentifyroot causes and develop practical solutions.
Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capability to manage junior team members and foster collaboration.
