About the role
We are looking for Belt Splicers to join our Asset Health Techniciansfor newly created QA/QC roles at our Yandicoogina and Greater Brockman Operations in the Pilbara. These roles are a great opportunity for safety conscious individuals looking to continually improve and contribute to our culture and world class asset. Youll be part of a friendly and high performing team supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the work 8 days on 6 days off roster with some night shift if required allowing you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the QA/QC Supervisor you will:
- Verify splicing qualityand ensure all belt repairs meet RTIO standards and OEM specifications.
- Document QA/QC processesincluding photos measurements and compliance reports.
- Monitor belt asset healthusing condition monitoring tools and report findings to supervisors.
- Support shutdowns and maintenance activities ensuring QA/QC sign-off before commissioning.
- Maintain accurate recordsin SAP and QA systems for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Identify improvement opportunitiesin belt maintenance practices and contribute to safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with crews and contractorsto uphold RTIOs safety culture and core values.
What youll bring
- A commitment to safety and quality in everything you do.
- Cert III in Polymer Processing.
- Experience in conveyor belt maintenance and splicing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow QA/QC processes.
- Manual C-Class drivers licence (HR desirable).
- Familiarity with SAP / PDS (advantageous).
