About the Role
At Prosper on Fayette were creating a vibrant off-campus student housing community where residents feel supported connected and proud to call home. Were looking for a proactive highly experienced Property Manager with an entrepreneurial mindsetsomeone who turns challenges into opportunities and leads with confidence creativity and care.
As the Property Manager of this youll shape the resident experience from the ground up. Youll lead your team build strong relationships and ensure the community thrives both operationally and financially. What Were Looking For
- Proven experience managing student housing or multifamily communities
- Confident proactive leader who inspires empowers and develops on-site teams
- Strong understanding of leasing strategy occupancy management and financial performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional resident service
- Comfortable leading a lease-up or new construction community
- Knowledge of market analysis competitive pricing and strategic decision-making
- Organized self-driven and committed to operational excellence
What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee all aspects of the community to meet or exceed marketing leasing and financial goals
- Implement company policies across leasing accounting maintenance and resident relations
- Lead motivate and supervise on-site team members
- Conduct regular market and product analysis to ensure competitive positioning
- Recommend competitive pricing strategies to the Regional Director
- Generate leasing traffic through effective and cost-efficient methods
- Supervise leasing activities and personally support leasing efforts
- Review market strategies monthly and adjust based on occupancy needs
- Meet and manage budget objectives
- Plan schedule and control expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations
- Review and approve purchases payables and vendor services
- Train and develop team members to support long-term growth and success
Pay & Perks
- Compensation Range: $70000 $75000 (based on experience)
- Bonus Potential: Quarterly discretionary bonuses
- Pay Schedule: Paid semi-monthly
