What youll do:
- Lead MetroStars security program and ensure compliance with NISPOM and government regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison to DCSA and partner agency security offices.
- Oversee Facility and Personnel Clearance processes through NBIS/DISS.
- Manage SCIF accreditation physical security and inspection readiness.
- Direct insider threat and security awareness programs.
- Partner with People & Culture Contracts and delivery teams to align policy with practice.
What youll need to succeed:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Poly preferred).
- 7 years of experience managing cleared programs.
- Expert knowledge of NISPOM ICD 705 and DCSA compliance.
- Experience managing SCIFs and supervising security teams.
- Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to be onsite at our Reston HQ office at least 3-4 days/week.
SALARY RANGE: $115000 - $147000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
