North America Institutional (NAI) Sales Summer Internship Early Careers Overview

Ready to make your mark in the world of talent and culture Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 10-week Summer Internship Program kicking off in June 2026 offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. Youll learn from seasoned professionals gain hands-on experience and build connections that will last a lifetime.

As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort youll participate in orientation networking events development workshops and volunteer activities. Youll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

The opportunity

North America Institutional (NAI) is at the heart of building strong relationships with some of the most influential players in the financial world including pension plans insurance companies nonprofits and major financial institutions. Our team provides valuable insights on industry trends and helps clients address real-world challenges. With a client-first mindset we bring the full power of Invesco platform creating value that goes beyond returns.

As a NAI Sales Summer Intern youll be at the heart of our business working side-by-side with Sales and Consultant Relations professionals to make a real impact. Youll dive into data and analytics that power marketing and sales strategies helping us deliver a best-in-class client experience from start to finish.

This internship is your gateway to the world of asset management. Youll gain hands-on exposure to institutional sales consultant relations and the analytical operations that drive success at Invesco.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currentlyenrolled in a bachelors degree program andbea rising Juniorgraduatingby summer of 2027

  • MinimumGPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables advanced functions) and PowerPoint

  • Basic understanding of asset management mutual funds and financial markets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong leadership initiative and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical abilities organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Mustbe able to work in one of Invescos offices where the program is available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working towards a college degree in Finance Economics or a business discipline major preferred

  • Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Agility in managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic environments

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

  • Understanding of AI applications (e.g. chatbots predictive analytics)

Compensation for this position is $35/hour.
