We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in Delta Hoofddorp NL office.
Some of the main responsibilities are listed as below:
- Handle onboarding offboarding and employment contract preparation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
- Collect and organize data to support payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and requests
- Support recruitment training and other HR initiatives
Qualifications :
- This is a fully on-site position (remote or hybrid work is not available)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Strong attention to detail discretion with confidential information and excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding and experience of European local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Fluency in English is required
