About the role
As a European Sales Coordinator you will provide active support to the European sales team in all commercial administrative business and operational needs to maximise customer facing time. You will ensure customer satisfaction through internal networking with local DS Smith commercial teams and liaising externally with selected key functions at our customers.
Your remit will include but not limited to:
Actively support customer activities (monthly sales turnover tracking indexations maintenance of product and price files following contractual conditions etc.);
Accounts budgets forecast and sales KPIs and dashboards follow up and highlight any discrepancies;
Coordinate the execution of tenders on time in full to achieve our growth ambitions;
Actively support or contribute to the development of sales operations best practices (KPIs) for European sales team;
Compile and co-ordinate customer insights information and data;
Organise sales / customer meetings and supporting materials.
About you
Educated to a degree level preferably in Business or Economics
Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills;
Excellent analytical skills with high level attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills team-player
Process minded pro-active and can-do mentality;
Good Influencing skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Fluent English written and spoken.
