Job Summary

About the Role

At SiaXperience Program Managers do more than shepherd single workstream projects from point A to point B. Rather youre responsible for a complex digital portfolio of projects serving enterprise clients ensuring enhancements integrations and new builds progress smoothly through each phase of the development lifecycle.

This role is focused on digital products including websites and web applications requiring a strong grasp of technical workflows stakeholder alignment budget management and end-to-end delivery. Youll be the central coordinator across product engineering design QA and client teamsdriving clarity managing dependencies and ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.

Your Impact

  • Web Platform Orchestrator: Youll manage the full lifecycle of web-based platformsnot only launches but also the ongoing updates and enhancements they require. Youll coordinate across designers developers QA and other stakeholders to define who needs to be involved estimate effort and timelines and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Workflow Manager: About half your time will be spent overseeing and updating a large-scale Airtable tracker for a global tech client. While detail-oriented and process-heavy this work is critical to maintaining accuracy visibility and trust in the platforms operations.
  • Connector Across Teams: Youll bridge communication between clients and internal teams translating requirements into clear deliverables reporting back on progress and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Risk Anticipator: Youll proactively identify dependencies risks and blockersresolving issues or escalating early to keep web initiatives on track.
  • Process Driver: Youll bring structure and repeatable practices to technical workflows improving predictability and velocity while keeping quality high.
  • Trusted Partner: Youll be a steady client-facing presence known for strong documentation clear updates and consistent follow-through.

  • Smooth Delivery: Web products and enhancements move efficiently through all phases with minimal blockers and clean handoffs across functions.
  • Flawless Launches: Sites and applications go live on time with quality assured and technical requirements fully met.
  • Client Confidence: Clients view you as a trusted advisor who can translate complex technical roadmaps into clear action plans and deliverables.
  • Team Alignment: Internal and external teams stay on track because you keep priorities timelines and responsibilities clear and moving forward.
  • Operational Maturity: Your project management practices improve team efficiency reduce risk and create predictable outcomes across multiple accounts.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of project management experience ideally in an agency firm or product development environment. 
  • Proven success managing large-scale website or web application projects from kickoff through deployment. 
  • Strong understanding of web development lifecycles including discovery UX/UI design engineering QA/testing and launch. 
  • Ability to interpret and manage requirements across technical teams; familiarity with tech stacks and integration flows a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with client-facing experience. 
  • Skilled in project management tools (Airtable Kantata Jira Asana or similar). 
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve technical and workflow challenges. 
  • Bachelors Degree required

Office Workplace Guidelines  

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client business and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locationsNew York City Charlotte Seattle and San Franciscoare expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
