Job Summary
What you will be doing:
In this hands on role you will lead mentor and motivate your team ensuring we deliver professional efficient and friendly service all while assisting the team to achieve their professional goals.
Your daily mission will include:
- Assist with the smooth running of F&B department ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food & experiences throughout
- Lead mentor and train the Food and Beverage Team ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Ensure that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
- Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all menus dietaries and special requirements.
- Assist in induction of new Team Members and annual performance reviews.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong work ethic and can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly responsible and reliable personality
