Senior Associate, Portfolio Operations

Reporting to the Associate Director Portfolio Operations this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic fast-growing organization in Financial Services.

You Will:

• Operate and oversee reconciliation technology to provide a Gross NAV to all clients including cash position dividend and interest reconciliations.
• Ensure trade processing is complete corporate actions have been booked correctly security definitions and pricing is accurate. Take other necessary actions to ensure client portfolio is constructed when required
• Oversee any PL anomalies identify the reasons and solve the problems
• Review pricing of portfolios with multiple asset classes for exchange traded and OTC Securities
• Respond to client queries
• Manage the new client onboarding processes make sure the intake process is completed with the highest available standards
• Ensure SLAs are strictly followed proactively escalate any potential problems
• Work with custodians and other third-parties on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to management
• Communicate any operational issues and arise to Associate Director
• Maintain a good relationship with client contacts and respond client queries 
• Take the responsibility of being the point of operations contact for the allocated funds
• Oversight of reconciliation and data transmission technology
• Strictly follow MUFG standards procedures and controls while performing the job

Qualifications :

You Have:

• University degree in Finance Business Computer Science Math Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Creativity in exploring solutions to improve daily operational efficiency
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products
• Strong understanding of market practices accounting methods and P&L calculations of securities such as equities bonds forwards futures options & OTC products
• Passion to improve processes and increase efficiency
