Catch22 is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Greater Manchester Victim Services team. This is a key role that supports the day-to-day running of the service ensuring smooth operations and timely communication across our team partners and service users.
You will provide high-quality administrative support managing calls emails post and general enquiries to help victims of crime receive the right support when they need it. Youll coordinate meetings take minutes process invoices and petty cash and maintain accurate data and records using Excel and other systems.
Working closely with the Deputy Head of Service and Casework team youll play a vital part in ensuring administrative systems are efficient and effective. Youll also liaise with internal departments and external partners to maintain excellent communication and uphold the standards of Catch22s Victim Services.

Qualifications :
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
Proven experience working in an administrative role
Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and other office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
Commitment to confidentiality equality and diversity
Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexibly when required
Desirable:
Business Administration qualification
Experience working with vulnerable people or in a justice or social care setting
Experience with finance or data entry systems
