Bartender Full- time

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and pour beverages on a cash and host basis
• Prompt efficient and courteous service of beverages
• Create an upbeat energetic and fun atmosphere
• Handle cash wine sales
• Prepare consumption sheets and cash out
• Account for stock (inventory control)
• Clean bar and storage spaces
• Suggest up selling of food and beverage to guests
• Provide information and guidance to guests
• Balance cash at end of shift
• Other duties as assigned
• Hourly rate of $25.82 to $29.51

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of two (2) years recent (in the last 5 years) full-time experience in the preparation pouring and service of beverages
• Completely fluent English language skills both written and verbal
• Serving It Right and Food Safe Certification
• Thorough knowledge of cocktail trends knowledge of classic cocktails and preparations
• Working knowledge of standard bar equipment
• Completion of a practical bartending test
• Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to perform well with minimal supervision
• A high level of responsibility and commitment with proven success in relationship building
• Driven focus on upselling
• Ability to observe and detect guests to provide prompt service
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Must be bondable
