What you get to do in this role:
The Manager Latam GTM Finance role part of the Americas GTM Finance team is a critical position partnering with Latam Sales leadership in driving impactful FP&A insights into bookings OPEX spend headcount and divisional P&L to enable resource optimization and deeper accountability.
ServiceNow is seeking someone with well-honed GTM Finance experience supporting Latam as a region with versatility in collaborating with a growth-oriented sales leadership and cross-functional teams in scaling this pivotal segment within the Americas.
Lead GTM Finance efforts for Latam including financial planning forecasting reporting and related topline metrics to enable effective leadership decision making at Americas and WW levels.
Establish GTM Finance capabilities in segment as a force multiplier acting as a trusted advisor for Latam Sales leadership Finance and sales ecosystem.
Manage end-to-end financial reporting and analytics efforts by developing scalable processes that drive timely insights automation and performance visibility across the business.
Collaborate with teams globally including counterparts in GTM Finance Corporate Finance Accounting and Revenue to leverage best practices create and improve systems and processes to optimize business decision making analytics and insights.
Qualifications :
Tobe successful in this role we need someone with:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Accounting or comparable quantitative field.
7 years of progressive FP&A Sales Finance or related experience (e.g. Corporate Finance Strategy Management Consulting) with a focus on technology; familiarity with software industry and SaaS metrics.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex multinational environments and deliver insights across Latin American markets.
Self-starter with an inquisitive mind eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendations. Ability to adapt quickly to change and champion the advancement of FP&A processes tools and financial modelling to improve the FP&A and overall finance function.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Great understanding of financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with stakeholders from various backgrounds; experience partnering with Sales a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with working knowledge of visualization tools (i.e. Tableau/Power BI/BOBJ) and financial reporting systems. AI-related skills a plus.
MBA or relevant graduate degree from top-tier institution or similar academic experience preferred.
Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
