We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Project Management to join our team in Singapore with a focus on overseeing operations throughout the APAC this crucial role you will lead the regional customer project managers in delivering impactful customer-facing projects ensuring alignment with both customer objectives and company strategies to deliver exceptional value. You will be responsible for ensuring the team manage the creation and execution of detailed project plans ensuring optimal resource allocation timely completion and strict budget adherence.

You will address critical customer issues prioritize project portfolios based on strategic value and implement advanced risk mitigation strategies. Your ability to collaborate closely with executive leadership is vital for validating solution designs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across multiple modalities and business units. Leveraging your analytical expertise you will drive continuous process improvements and lead initiatives in talent management.

Your role:

  • Provides strategic leadership for high-impact customer-facing projects ensuring all project objectives align with both customer goals and the companys broader business strategy while delivering exceptional value and outcomes.

  • Oversees the development and execution of detailed project plans for large-scale or complex initiatives ensuring that all resources are optimally allocated timelines are met and budgets are strictly controlled.

  • Serves as the senior escalation point for customer concerns managing and resolving critical issues and ensuring that customer satisfaction and trust are maintained at the highest level throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Leads cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a collaborative environment ensuring alignment on project goals driving accountability and facilitating effective decision-making to keep the project on track.

  • Manages project portfolios prioritizing initiatives based on strategic importance resource availability and potential impact while ensuring each project delivers maximum value to both the customer and the company.

  • Drives advanced risk management strategies identifying and mitigating high-level risks that could impact project success and developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions proactively.

  • Collaborates with executive leadership providing strategic insights and validation for complex solution designs ensuring proposed projects are both feasible and aligned with customer expectations and company capabilities.

  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory and quality standards across all project activities working closely with quality assurance and regulatory teams to uphold the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.

  • Analyses project outcomes and customer feedback at a strategic level identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement and driving the implementation of best practices across the project management organization.

  • Leads succession planning and comprehensive talent management driving employee selection performance management compensation management and career development in alignment with organizational operational goals.

Youre the right fit if:

  • Demonstrated success in leading project management teams across regions within the Medtech or Healthcare sectors displaying strong leadership capabilities.

  • Competency in project management change management project scope development and capability assessment to deliver effective projects and adapt to dynamic conditions.

  • Expertise in strategic planning stakeholder engagement budget oversight strong business acumen and executive-level negotiation skills to drive organizational success and growth.

  • Proficiency in data analysis risk assessments and KPI management to improve performance through informed strategic decision-making.

  • Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance managing teams and overseeing service operations for efficient processes and top-tier service delivery.

  • At least 8 years of professional experience supported by a bachelors or masters degree in business administration engineering science or a related field along with relevant Project Management qualifications.
