We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Change Manager (Technology & Transformation) to drive organisation-wide change especially across technology-led transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management for major technology and transformation projects.
- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement readiness impact assessments communications and training.
- Partner with technology vendors and internal teams to define roles outcomes and success measures.
- Build and maintain a change management playbook with tools templates and best practices.
- Coach and enable stakeholders to apply change management at scale.
- Promote change management as a core organisational capability.
- Stakeholders: HR business leaders internal teams and external technology partners.
Requirements
- 10 years experience in change management including 4 years as a Change Manager.
- Proven success in multi-location or multi-country technology adoption projects.
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience building scalable change processes and tools.
