The Role
Working independently during night shifts the role supports the smooth running of events by maintaining high standards of cleanliness presentation and functionality across conference rooms storerooms and associated areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean meeting rooms including tables floors windows and equipment; ensure cables and bins are tidy.
- Set up flipcharts pens pads; check clocks blinds lights and Wi-Fi notices.
- Provide water and glasses; maintain coffee stations; assist with lunch service; clean and restock as needed.
- Wash and store crockery and utensils; clean dishwashers surfaces and floors; empty bins.
- Keep storerooms organised restocked and secure.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualifications attitude behaviours skills and values:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to follow checklists and instructions accurately
- Comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling
- Understanding of cleaning rooms and setup procedures
- Ability to work independently during the night shift
- Familiarity with AV equipment and room setups
