Team Leader Childrens Services
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne (Manchester)
Salary:per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (with expected overtime to cover sickness and annual leave)
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Children and young people with complex needs
Qualifications Required: Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Experience Required: Experience supporting children with complex needs
Employment Type: Permanent
Sponsorship is not available
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
You have qualifications only in Healthcare NHS CQC or as a Nursery Practitioner
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.

Lead the day-to-day running of shifts
Provide emotional and practical support to your team
Empower children and young people to achieve their goals
Ensure high standards of care safety and professional practice
Support and mentor Support Workers
Commit to working across a variety of shifts on a rota basis
