About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse within the Renal Dialysis unit you will provide high-quality nursing services in a dynamic health care environment developing from a novice to a proficient level of professional practice. You will consolidate your knowledge and skills through continuous professional development and hands-on experience ensuring you deliver safe effective and person-centred care to patients with complex renal needs.
You will accept accountability for your own standards of nursing practice and for the appropriate delegation of care to others ensuring safe workflows and strong this role you will play a key part in supporting reliable compassionate dialysis services while advancing your clinical expertise and contributing to the overall quality of care across the unit.
What Were Looking For:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word Excel
- 12 months experience working in a renal unit.
