Bendigo Bank seeks a highly driven individual to drive the product roadmap for our Agribusiness and Business Banking offerings. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with proven experience in large-scale transformation initiatives within banking and financial services.

Youll make your mark by:

• Craft and execute the customer product roadmap identifying and translating opportunities into a compelling vision.
• Collaborate extensively with senior stakeholders across Agribusiness & Business Banking Technology and Finance.
• Champion customer-centric design leveraging market research and stakeholder engagement.
• Prioritise initiatives manage trade-offs and ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.
• Drive adoption and maximise ROI for transformation initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging fintech trends.

What youll bring to the role

To succeed in this role you will have:

• 10 years experience in financial services ideally banking with 5 years in consulting preferred.
• Proven success leading strategic planning business design and customer experience initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of business and agribusiness banking and customer needs.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and agile methodologies expertise.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (Agile certifications a plus).
