ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of our client a company in the production of plastic packaging material is seeking a Assistant Production Manager.

Location: Scimatari Voiotia
You will be reporting to: Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Planning coordinating and supervising the production process.
Optimizing production procedures.
Ensuring the achievement of the production schedule in terms of planned volumes and timelines.
Monitoring compliance with ERP procedures.
Monitoring machine performance (via EVOCON software) taking measures to improve it.
Coordinating the activities of shift supervisors to achieve production targets.
Supervising evaluating and guiding production staff.
Implementing and ensuring compliance with hygiene safety and quality standards.
Collaborating with all company departments and external partners.
Implementing new effective practices to improve the production process.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
Ability to work in shifts.
