We are thrilled to present an exceptional career opportunity for the position asFinance Manager based out of the KM Hellas office in Athens covering the Finance coordination & management needs of the Greek Legal entity.

As an international commercial business partner you collaborate across all products functions and geographies. The role requires stakeholder management and engagement at a senior level. Therefore we are looking for a determined collaborative and proactive individual who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. The position will be reporting to the Country Manager Kongsberg Maritime Hellas.

Job Description / Key accountabilities:

- Responsible for monthly reporting budgeting and forecasting

- Have the overall responsibility and ownership of the financial figures

- Project owner related to the implementation of new ERP system and other systems

- Prepare monthly reports and present figures to BoD

- Harmonize and streamline the accounting process

- Approval of payment and internal bank transfers

- Make sure that accounting and reporting is according to local legislation

- Personnel responsibility for the employees working in finance

- Adhoc analysis

Qualifications and experience:

- Bachelors or masters degree in finance accounting or economics

- 5 10 years experience from similar positions

- Experience within a global organization is an advantage

- High experience within to Microsoft office tools such as MS Excel

- Knowledge to Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 is an advantage

- Good understanding and efficient with tools such as ERP HFM Excel and Power BI (or similar)

- Ability to speak English

- Ability to work independently but also as a part of a team and share knowledge experience information and support others in the pursuit of team goals

- Must be able to meet deadlines
