Clinical Lead Nurse
23 per hour
Day Shifts 44 hours per week

- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration
- Strong clinical skills with proven experience in a nursing home setting
- Confident in leading teams and managing clinical standards
- Excellent communication prioritisation and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical practice across the home to ensure safe person-centred care
- Support and mentor nursing and care teams encouraging professional growth
- Oversee medication management care planning and clinical governance
- Review risk assessments and escalate concerns promptly
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to older adults within a medium-sized home
