Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Night Shifts 20.40 per hour

What Youll Need

Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
Experience in a care home residential nursing or similar clinical setting.
Strong clinical judgement and a calm compassionate approach.

What Youll Do

Deliver safe person-centred nursing care to residential and palliative care residents.
Manage and administer medications in line with best practice.
Monitor residents health responding quickly to changes in condition.
Work closely with care staff GPs and families to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards.
