The Configuration and Data Management(CMDM)center is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering our program offices and our customers. Disciplines in the CDM organization participate in the life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.

TheEffector CMorganizationis looking for aManager Team Lead located inTucson AZ.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Lead a team of Configuration Managers providing clear direction coaching and accountability to achieve organizational goals.

Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification control verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirements

Establish procedures for and implement the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program and represent the functional group in the implementation of common processes

Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering quality support manufacturing and engineering data control activities

Manage change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance with contractual and configuration management policies

Implement change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance

Establish and control configuration identification processes and baselines

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires Bachelors degree in Business Science or other related fields

Typically requires 8 years of configuration management experience

Experience with MSOffice (Word Excel and PowerPoint)

Experience with technology and computing tools (PDM-Product Data Management SAP or similar tools)

Qualifications We Value:

Strong interpersonal skills to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies

Identify potential complex problems associated with technical engineering data regarding configuration management issues and take corrective action as needed

Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects programs or

systems in order to provide enhancements within job area. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years

prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a

minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
