Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience within a recruitment agency HR software or fintech company ideally with a direct competitor or a fintech partner of TFY.

This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying qualifying and converting opportunities with HR decision-makers particularly HR Directors and senior HR stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Identify prospect and engage potential clients within mid-market and enterprise segments
  2. Sell TFY solutions to HR Directors Heads of HR People & Talent leaders and related stakeholders
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR terminology workforce management and contractor of record models
  4. Navigate conversations around hiring seasonality workforce scalability and managing external workforce and independent contractors
  5. Own the end-to-end sales process from deal origination and qualification through to deal closure
  6. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  7. Collaborate closely with Marketing Sales and Product teams to optimise go-to-market strategies
  8. Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
  9. Represent TFY professionally in sales calls demos and negotiations

Required Experience & Qualifications


  1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in:
  2. Recruitment agency HR software or fintech environment
  3. Ideally a direct competitor of TFY or a fintech partner operating in the HR / workforce ecosystem
  4. Proven experience selling to HR Directors or senior HR stakeholders
  5. Strong knowledge of:
  6. HR processes and terminology
  7. Hiring cycles and seasonality
  8. External workforce management and independent contractor models
  9. Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  10. Hands-on experience with sales CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce (mandatory)
  11. Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills


Nice to Have


  1. Experience selling SaaS HR tech payroll EOR contractor management or payments solutions
  2. Existing network within HR talent or workforce management communities
  3. Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
