We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to contribute to impactful AI-driven transformation in a high-growth sustainability-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of data scientists data engineers and ML engineers fostering a high-performance collaborative environment.
Oversee the smooth operation of AI products proactively monitoring performance and resolving issues within SLAs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Play a key role in recruiting and establishing the AI & Data Science team in Malaysia.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully deploy and integrate AI solutions.
Manage and prioritize AI-driven initiatives ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Requirements
Must-have:

Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
5 years of experience in Data Science including 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in LLMs transformer models vector databases RAG frameworks LangChain and related AI technologies.
Strong programming skills in Python R SQL and experience with cloud computing platforms.
Hands-on experience in deploying AI models and working with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow MLflow.
Fluent in English.
