Job Summary
- Manage a team of engineers from Penang Cleaning process to meet company quarterly objectives and goals.
- Need to cover both plants (PN1 & PN2) cleaning process development activities.
- Manage a team of engineers to transfer new process from US R &D and launch new production into production by meeting the expectation set by department and company.
- Drive a team of engineers to accomplish company objectives of media cost reduction media quality yield improvement environmental (wastage reduction) maintain safety in workplace and team members knowledge enhancement.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Chemical / Chemical Engineering / Material Science Engineering or Physics.
- Master In Business Administration (MBA) will be advantage.
- Minimum 3 -5 years experience in process or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge on HDD media cleaning will be advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt holder will be advantage.
- Demonstrate good leadership and management skill.
- Experience in manage and supervise a team of engineers.
