Job Summary
We are growing and increasing the size of our remote team. We are seeking dedicated individuals who enjoy assisting others plan meaningful this role you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide including accommodations cruises activities transportation and special events.
The ideal candidate enjoys organization communication and problem-solving. You will receive ongoing training flexible scheduling and access to exclusive perks while working fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Curate personalized itineraries for each client
- Research and coordinate reservations through multiple vendors
- Identify client preferences and offer tailored recommendations
- Communicate clearly professionally and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements:
- Citizenship in the USA UK Mexico Australia or Spain
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills

- Hospitality or personal booking experience a plus
