The Remote Project Manager oversees the planning execution and successful delivery of projects across distributed teams. Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines milestones resource allocation and budgets.

Coordinate daily operations of remote cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Lead project meetings sprint planning stand-ups and retrospective sessions (if Agile).

Track project progress using metrics dashboards and project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Trello ).

Identify assess and mitigate project risks; resolve issues proactively to keep projects on schedule.

Communicate project status risks and changes to stakeholders with clear timely reports.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.

Manage project documentation workflows and approvals.

Facilitate collaboration using remote tools such as Zoom Slack Google Workspace and Teams.

Oversee project budgets vendor coordination and contract compliance when applicable.

Support project closing activities including final reports handoffs and lessons learned.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects in a remote or hybrid environment.

Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban or Waterfall).

Bachelors degree in business management IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
