Your Role
As a Therapist:
- Provide 1-on-1 45-minute outpatient sessions both in-person and via secure hybrid technology
- Evaluate diagnose and treat orthopedic neurological and post-surgical conditions
- Design personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools
- Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation
- Collaborate with PTAs OTs and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
As a Clinic Manager:
- Oversee daily clinic operations scheduling and patient flow
- Mentor and support clinical team members
- Contribute to clinic growth and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Integrate hybrid care solutions to optimize efficiency and experience
Qualifications
- Active Washington State PT License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
- Passion for patient-centered evidence-based treatment
- Bonus: Experience as a Clinical Instructor or in a mentoring capacity
Compensation & Benefits
