Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Manager to join our restaurant team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing restaurant operations and ensuring smooth daily shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
Manage staff attendance duties and performance
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
