The Role
The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing integration delivery initiatives ensuring seamless coordination between business infrastructure and technical teams. This role requires a strong balance of leadership communication and delivery discipline ensuring that integration projects meet business objectives while maintaining governance compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage thebacklog development and supportfor an integration-focused development and support pod (team size: 25 members).
- Define and maintainproject plans timelines and milestones ensuring delivery within scope time and budget.
- Manage and track project progress proactively identifying and mitigatingrisks issues and dependencies.
- Conductregular project reviews stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure alignment quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate withBusiness SMEsto gather requirements prioritize work items and align deliverables with business goals.
- Communicate project updates risks and dependencies tosenior stakeholdersandexecutive sponsors.
- Managevendor and third-party relationships ensuring deliverables meet expectations and contractual terms.
- Ensureadherence to PMO standards governance frameworks and change control processes.
- Prepare and presentstatus reports dashboards and executive summariesto leadership and clients.
- Manage project documentation including charters risk logs RAID registers and closure reports.
- Collaborate withInfrastructureandInfoSecteams to ensure all designs are compliant with security and operational standards.
- Oversee and manageServiceNow queuesfor in-scope applications ensuring effective support orchestration.
- Partner with theIntegrations Technical Leadto deliver ESB integrations coordinate deliverables and align with long-term integration roadmaps.
- Drivecontinuous improvementin project delivery processes communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.
Skills & Experience
- Strongtechnology literacyand understanding of integration and cloud ecosystems (this isnot a hands-on development role).
- Proven experience indelivering complex IT and business change projects ideally within enterprise environments.
- Expertise instakeholder managementvendor coordination andcross-functional leadership.
- Demonstrated ability totranslate business requirementsinto technical outcomes manage ambiguity and balance multiple priorities.
- Excellentcommunication presentation and influencingskills at all organizational levels.
- Experience managingcloud-native application/API developmentandsystem-to-system integrations preferably usingMicrosoft Azure.
- Strong understanding ofproject governance budget control and risk managementframeworks (Agile or hybrid).
- Fluent inEnglish both spoken and written.
