原材料機械加工品製作部品組立部品や製品について欠陥摩耗仕様基準組立からの逸脱がないか検査試験サンプリング記録を行う図面データマニュアルその他の資料実際の寸法仕様や規制要件を分析解釈し必要に応じて検査試験手順調整認証方法計算式測定機器を用いて検査を実施する顧客と連携し是正措置や標準的な文書化手順データブックパッケージ品質計画に関する対応を行う

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/職務と責任

①担当する生産製造その他の業務領域で品質管理のサポートを行う

②定められたガイドラインに従いさまざまな部品アセンブリ材料に対して重要かつ非定型の目視寸法機械的機能的検査を実施する

③受入材料工程中の製品完成品を検査し図面や仕様への適合を確認する

④目視検査や測定試験を実施し不適合品の却下を文書化報告する

材料がISOIATF要件に適合していることを確認する

⑤ 標準手順に従い検証承認された材料や製品のみが最終目的地顧客納品を含むに到達することを確実にする

⑥社内および顧客監査時に品質保証部門を支援する

⑦政府顧客会社の基準に従い検査記録や文書を管理する
