Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in residential childcare
At least 2 years supervising/managing staff

We are seeking an experienced passionate and resilient Registered Manager who can transform a house into a truly nurturing home. You will lead your team with confidence ensuring young people receive outstanding care stability and positive role models.
You must have:
Minimum 5 years of residential childcare experience
2 years of management or supervisory experience
Level 3 Level 5 in Residential Childcare
Evidence of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
Strong leadership skills and commitment to high-quality care
A large expanding organisation with homes across the region
