The Role

We are seeking a driven Internal Account Manager with experience in Telecommunications or Unified Communications to join a rapidly expanding UK sales team.

In this role you will be responsible for driving new business growth while developing and expanding existing accounts. Youll work closely with mid-market and enterprise customers delivering consultative solutions that add real value to their communication and collaboration strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

Generating new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts
Selling UCaaS contact centre and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
Building long-term consultative relationships with customers and channel partners
Attending client meetings in London to deliver account reviews and strengthen partnerships

About You

Youll be well-suited to this role if you:

Have a proven track record of selling UCaaS connectivity or contact centre solutions
Consistently exceed sales targets in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
Excel at building trusted consultative relationships with enterprise-level clients
Are proactive self-motivated and flexible with the ability to travel to London as required
