What we are looking for:
Emmaus College Rockhampton seeks applications from suitably qualified established and aspiring leaders to undertake the middle leadership position of Head of Inclusive Education. This is a Middle Leader position commencing from January 2026 in conjunction with a permanent teaching role at the college.
We seek passionate leaders who will strive for excellence in teaching administration professional conduct relationships with parents and the wider school community and a genuine interest for young people and their learning.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

- An ability to develop and lead quality teaching and learning practices in the subject area listed above
- A willingness to proactively engage with professional development opportunities to enhance quality pedagogy and student outcomes
- An ability to work in collaboration with the Leadership Team and other staff members to contribute to the future planned growth development and extra-curricular life of the College

Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration
