At our location in Stockach the gateway to Lake Constance we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and prepare bids for national and international tenders
- Analyze proposal requirements and assess feasibility together with all stakeholders
- Develop and execute bid strategies in close collaboration with the Opportunity Manager
- Coordinate the full bid process from initial client request to final submission ensuring deadlines
and quality standards are met - Prepare bid documents cost calculations and presentation materials
- Drive continuous improvement of bid processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in bid or project management ideally in the defense security or technical services sector including handling international tenders and complex opportunities
- Degree in Business Administration Engineering Project Management or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office CRM systems and costing tools
- Structured results-driven and proactive work approach
- Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
