JOB DESCRIPTION
TheAccount Executive plays a key role in providing solutions that meet customers needs that boost top-line revenue and profitability. The Account Executive will develop and secure new customers while managing and growing an existing customer base.

Compensationis a combination of salary plus commission structure that is based upon experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Business or a related field. A combination of relevant education and/or experience in lieu of formal education will also be considered.
Three years of sales/account executive and/or customer service/inside sales experience; manufacturing environment preferred - paper printing and/or converting industry experience highly preferred.
Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability tomaintainawareness of andseekto meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills; strong verbal written presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills detail orientation and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related experience preferred.
